The All Whites have returned to the top 100 countries in FIFA‘s official rankings for the first time in seven years.
Darren Bazeley‘s side have climbed 13 places in the July FIFA rankings after their win at the OFC men’s nations cup, which saw the team go undefeated throughout the tournament without conceding a goal, and now sit at number 94.
The team also have found out their opponents in the OFC FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers, where they have been drawn to play Tahiti, Vanuatu and the winner of the pre-qualifying tournament.
Qualifying kicks off later this year with the schedule to be announced by OFC.
