Fixtures have been released for the Ford Futsal SuperLeague 2024, starting this weekend in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and Kirikiriroa Hamilton. 

Aotearoa New Zealand’s top tier domestic futsal competition, the 2024 Ford Futsal SuperLeague will be broadcast on FIFA+ for the first time and will be available globally to stream live. 

The competition sees men’s and women’s editions run simultaneously, with the men’s kicking off on 10 February 2024 and the women’s on 24 February 2024.

The men’s competition features eight teams: Auckland City FC (delivered in partnership with Northern Region Football), Bay of Plenty Surge, 2023 champions Canterbury United Dragons, Capital Futsal, Hawkes Bay Futsal (delivered in partnership with Central Football), Palmerston North Marist (delivered in partnership with Central Football), Southern United and Waikato Rapids.

The women’s competition features six teams: Canterbury United Pride, Capital Futsal, Palmerston North Marist (delivered in partnership with Central Football), 2023 champions Papakura City FC (delivered in partnership with Northern Region Football), Southern United and WaiBOP Power.

The men’s competition starts with the Home Series where teams play two games against their closest regional rival over the weekends of 10/11 February 2024 and 17/18 February 2024. 

The women’s competition kicks off of the weekend of 24/25 February 2024 with the Northern Travel Series which sees the men’s and women’s teams from the north of Aotearoa come together at Tauranga’s Mercury Arena. 

This is followed by the Southern Travel Series on 2/3 March 2024 at Rangiora’s MainPower Stadium. 

The National Series, featuring all teams, will be played over the weekends of 16/17 March 2024 and 23/24 March at Akau Tangi Sports Centre in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington followed by the Pulman Arena in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. 

The winners of both the men’s and women’s competitions will be decided on 25 March 2024 at the Finals Series at the Pulman Arena in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
