The first fixtures for the NZ Football Foundation Kate Sheppard Cup and the 100th Chatham Cup have been announced with the preliminary round games confirmed for the 2023 competitions. 187 teams across Aotearoa New Zealand, 130 in the Chatham Cup and 57 in the Kate Sheppard Cup, are set to battle to lift the cups and claim themselves winners of the biggest men’s and women’s football competitions in the country.
2023 marks the 100th year of the Chatham Cup. The preliminary games will be played over ANZAC weekend.
In the Chatham Cup the preliminary round games are:
