
The role will include working with the NZ Football’s physiotherapists, doctors, sport scientists, and masseuses to create and deliver world class “Illness & Injury Prevention Systems”, and to ensure players’ health and wellbeing is being optimised at all times.
This leadership position involves working with a wide range of stakeholders including players, trainers, coaches, NZ Academy of Sport, WADA, DFSNZ, NZOC, FIFA and players’ clubs and coaching staff (both domestically and internationally).
This is an honorarium-based position reporting to the Chief Executive on an as-required basis and is not a full-time role. The position is based in Auckland.
